You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information throughout your application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Information Collected During Recruitment

To assess candidate suitability for positions across our dental practices and clinical support teams, we collect and process:

• Personal & Contact Details: Full name, title, telephone number, residential address, postcode, and email address.
• Right to Work & Verification: National Insurance number, proof of eligibility to work in the UK, and driving licence details where travel between practice locations is relevant.
• Professional Credentials & Experience: Employment history, qualifications, professional registrations (such as General Dental Council registration where required), and unspent criminal conviction declarations.
• Availability & Work Preferences: Preferred work patterns (regular or occasional), days available to work, travel radius, and role comments.
• Technical Information: IP address, session identifiers, and security logs required for platform integrity.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following legal bases pursuant to Article 6 and Article 9 of the UK GDPR:

• Pre-Contractual Steps: Taking necessary steps at your request prior to potentially entering into an employment or engagement contract.
• Legal Obligation: Complying with statutory recruitment requirements, including right-to-work verifications in the United Kingdom.
• Legitimate Interests: Managing recruitment operations, evaluating candidate qualifications, securing the application portal, and communicating application outcomes.

Data Sharing and Retention

Your application data is restricted to our internal recruitment specialists, hiring practice managers, and trusted service providers (such as secure infrastructure and transactional email dispatch providers). We never sell or commercialise candidate data.

If your application is successful, relevant information will transition into your staff records. If your application is unsuccessful, your information is retained for up to twelve (12) months following the completion of the recruitment process to consider you for future vacancies, after which it is securely deleted.

Under UK data protection legislation, you have rights to request access to your data, rectification of errors, erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

These terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
